Jessica has worked many years in the customer service and mental health fields.  Her passion for Medical Alerts comes from her newly retired parents who are still very active, but have found that a twist in the wrong direction can now put them in recovery mode for a few days. That, along with memories of a grandmother moving in with her family after having a major stroke, and then her parents caring for her for the next 12 years adds to Jessica's desire to care and support both those going through a transition in life, and those caring for ones they love.
